Calgary School of Baseball is committed to developing athletes in the skills of football, and together with U of C we’ll strive to create the atmosphere and training necessary for our athletes to realize their goals.

Achieving athletic goals comes from hard work and exceptional training. Our programs promote:

• working out with other athletes who have the same commitment level, goals and desires
• advanced skill development
• continuous muscle memory development

Complete training starts with commitment and CSofB will help athletes set goals, monitor results and establish realistic expectations. Our programs offer:

• complete training programs
• advanced skill development
• twice monthly one-on-one skill analysis
• ongoing goal setting and development reporting
• quarterly, complete monitored results
