Dennis Relf

Dennis was raised in the lower mainland of BC with a rich tradition of football in his family. His grandfather was with the Edmonton Eskimos in the 1940’s and his father coached many championship teams of all ages. Dennis played from the age of six through high school on the lower mainland. His post secondary career was played with the Richmond Raiders Junior team, but was ended due to injury. With his unquenchable thirst for the game he redirected his focus towards coaching.

After earning his level II certification in BC in 1983, Dennis moved to Calgary where he has resided ever since. He has been involved with coaching in Calgary on and off for the past 20 years. High School, Midget, Bantam and Peewee, Dennis has worked with all age levels and seen many of his players go on to successful post secondary careers.

Dennis’ love of the game is infectious and his knowledge is superior. His focus has always been on the fundamentals, conditioning and preparation of the game. The Calgary School of Football offers all ages the opportunity to achieve their goals.

Rob Perry

Rob has been involved in coaching youth players aged five to eighteen for fifteen years. He received his early experience in baseball where he coached first as an Assistant and then as a Head Coach. He covered all levels including All-Star play. Rob is still involved in baseball today, as the Vice President for Little League Alberta.

In football, Rob holds his NCCP Level I certification. He has held various coaching assignments at the Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels. Currently Rob is the Defensive Coordinator for the Midget Falcons, as well as, the Head Coach of the Peewee Falcons. To date, Rob is most excited about having lead his Peewee team to a Division 3 City Championship in it’s inaugural season last year.

Originally an 11th round draft choice of the San Diego Chargers in 1983, Kearse started out in the CFL in 1983 with the B.C. Lions but was traded to Saskatchewan in 1983 along with Ken Hinton for Saskatchewan’s number one draft choice. Kearse played with the Green and White from 1983-84 and in 1988. Roughrider stats: 34 receptions for 509 yards and two touchdowns…also chipped in 26 punt returns for 326 yards and two touchdowns.
