• 2 X 1.5 hour athletic training sessions with professional certified trainers. Focus on speed, acceleration, cardio conditioning, as well as technical weight training and core strength development
• 1 X 1.5 hour baseball skill training with the coaching staff, players and local certified community coaches. Guest coaches may include current and alumni players, as well as out-of-town positional specialists
• Total 4.5 hours weekly
• Starting Wednesday September 16, 2009 at The Viper Training Centre Wed/Friday training held at from 7:00 - 8:30 pm/ Sunday skills training held at the Viper Dome adjacent to McMahon Stadium on Crowchild Trail from 9:00 - 10:30 am
