Calgary School of Football offers football specific athletic training, as well as excellent football skill training. We are proud to welcome have a diverse group of community coaches, UofC Dino players, Jr. Colt Players, CIS, CFL & AFL Alumni, Coaching and we’re very excited about working together.

CSofF is training at the Trico Training Centre - with Certified Trainers - in the disciplines of technical weight training, core strength development, speed and cardio improvement. To add to this program we have an additional
1.5 hour football specific skill session with our certified coaching staff also, on NEW TURF at the Viper Dome, working one on one with your athlete.

• 2 X 1 hour athletic training sessions / week with professional certified trainers. Focus on speed, explosive power, cardio conditioning, as well as technical weight training and core strength development
• 1.5 Hours/Week - Certified positional coaching - Saturday evenings 9-10:30pm @ In the Dome
• Starting Saturday January 7/2012 to Thursday March 29/2012               Crash Conditioning Tues/Thurs training 7:30 - 8:30 pm / Vipers Dome Sat Skills 9-10:30pm
• Times & Dates subject to change - first come first serve for session enrollment Maximum capacity per session of 25 students.
